Free Consultation

Every client is entitled to a free consultation.  In the consultation we will discuss your goals, your fitness level and your lifestyle.  You will also fill out a health questionair to determine your fitness level which allows me to build a program specially designed for your body, your abilities and your lifestyle.

 

 

I encourage clients to work in groups of 1 - 4.  The fee is the same whether it's one person or four people.  If you are a family, consider training as a family and build a lifetime of health and fitness.  No matter what the age difference, I can help you build a family fitness plan.

 

 

YMCA Members and Non-Members

 

Please check the personal training rates at the front desk.  All YMCA members or non-members who train at the Y pay for personal traning services at the front desk.  Personal training fees are set by the YMCA.

Jump Start

 

Two separate one hour personal training sessions that cover equipment use and the development of a personal program.

Your personalized program is a customized workout plan that is based on your goals, workout preferences, fitness level, and available time.  The Personal Trainer’s demonstration and hands-on application will help you gain confidence about proper form and will provide information about how to efficiently complete workouts on your own.

Fee:  $90.00

 

Monthly

 

One hour of personal training/motivation per week for 4 weeks. This includes a personalized program design to help you achieve your goals. The monthly program is for those who are self-motivated to continue on a fitness plan once their program has been set. It is advisable that you change your fitness program every 4 to six weeks for maximum benefit.

Fee:  $225 for one hour per week sessions per month, individual

        for a group of 1 - 4

 

Fit in Thirty:

 

After an initial consultation and program fee of $45.00, I will design a

thirty minute workout to fit your lifestyle and conditioning goals.

Fee:   $90 1 month, 1 30 minute workout per week. 

         $150 1 month, two 30 minute workouts per week.

       

 

Building a Habit:

 

Three month commitment to help you build a fitness habit that will last a lifetime. You will be given a specialized program to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your plan will help you build a healthier, happier you by combining core conditioning, strength training, healthy eating and cardiovascular improvement.

Register as an individual or as a group 1 - 4 people

Fee: $600 one one hour session per week

       $1200 two one hour sessions per week

 

Changing Your Body/Changing Your Life:

 

Six month commitment for those who are serious about changing thier external and internal habits.  As with the three month program you will be given a specialized program to help you achieve your goals.  This

program involves priorization, an organized approach to training that involes progressive sycling of fitness activities.

Register as an indivitual or as a group of 1 - 4 people.

Fee:  $1200 one one hour session per week plus motivational 

         phone calls and or emails.

         $2000 two one hour session per week plus motivation 

          phone calls and or emails.

 

 

Martial Arts Conditioning Coach:

 

As a third degree black belt in a full contact martial art, I know what it takes to win on the mat.  Let me take you through a gruelling fitness routine that will build speed power and confidence.
